Set up organisation branding
Your organisation’s name, ABN and logo print at the top of every Rent and Board Schedule PDF. This page shows an org owner how to set them.
What appears on the documents
Section titled “What appears on the documents”- Organisation name (required). Prints as the letterhead on all three documents: the house schedule and both participant copies.
- ABN (optional). Prints under the name, formatted like 51 824 753 556. SILWise checks that a typed ABN is a real one before saving.
- Logo (optional). Prints at the top left. PNG or JPEG, up to 1 MB, up to 2000 pixels on the longest edge.
If you leave the ABN or the logo out, nothing is left blank on the document. The space simply closes up, so your schedules still look finished.
Set it up
Section titled “Set it up”- Open Org Settings from the Dashboard.
- Find the Branding card.
- Enter your Organisation name, and your ABN (optional) and Logo (optional) if you want them on your documents.
- Select Save branding.
Only an org owner can change branding. Other members can see the card but cannot edit it.
Until branding is saved
Section titled “Until branding is saved”If your organisation was created before branding existed, SILWise asks you to save the Branding card once before you can add a house or save a scenario. This makes sure no document ever goes out with a placeholder letterhead. Accounts created after this feature shipped entered their organisation name at sign-up, so they are never asked.
Already-issued schedules
Section titled “Already-issued schedules”Saved scenarios keep the letterhead they were created with. To issue a schedule with your updated branding, open the scenario and use Clone as draft, then save it. The new save picks up your current branding and gets its own schedule reference and issued date, superseding the old document.
Note: a clone re-runs the calculation against the house as it is configured today. Centrelink rates stay pinned to the original calculation date, but if the house or its costs have changed since, the numbers can change too. It is a re-run, not a reprint.
When it worked, the next PDF you download shows your name, ABN and logo at the top. Next: Download the PDFs.
